Tried the Vegan burger. It was pretty dry and was disappointed that you only get one option, would have liked a Zinger type choice. £7.77 was a bit steep for burger, fried and drink. Service was great, can't complain on that front but the food wasn't inspiring for non meat eaters. I get that it's not aimed at vegetarian / vegans in general but for the one option it could be much better.

Twice in a row items missing from order and fries cold. Last time was hot wings and drink missing, this time fries and gravy missing. If staff just took time and read order then wouldn't be mistakes? When call they refuse to bring replacement, just say to go on Just Eat.

I recently picked up some food from this KFC and I have to say, it wasn't the best experience. More than once, they missed items in my order and the temperature of the food was all over the place - some hot and fresh, others cold and unappetizing. The prices are on the higher side for fast food, and don't reflect the quality of the food. To top it off, the chips were a huge letdown. Soggy and lukewarm, they were some of the worst I've had from a fast food restaurant. Vegetarian options: The vegan chicken burger is decent, but it is the only main course option for vegans.

They cannot get a simple order correct. I have given them numerous chances and every single time they have missed items. Tonight's travesty of a delivery was missing 5 items. They never answer their phone and seem to not really care which is just sad. Choose another fast food place.

A friend and I went in for a quick bite before heading over to the Vue cinema and had a nice meal. Fast service from pleasant staff and hot food, just as ordered.

Check your order and then check it again. Order to take away incomplete by whole meal - Tower burger and sides. Only 2 customers in the shop on a Friday evening. The rest were at the drive though or delivery drivers. Ordered a load of items but one whole meal was missing. The drink was given so it was in the till and on the receipt. Questioned where our Tower burger was and had a fuss while they tried to say they had given it to us. Laid everything out on the counter and only then would they admit the order wasn't complete. Took it all out to the car, threw the receipt away... then realised the sides for the meal weren't there either. So check. And then check again and keep your receipt.

15 min wait for order, and when it came they got it wrong. Ordered large fries and drinks for my order got regular, the drinks I ordered didn't come at same time as main meals, had to be asked again what drinks I had ordered when told them drinks ordered was large , they came with regular for all bar 1 of them. Meanwhile while all this was happening my meal was going cold. When I arrived home after getting drinks orders sorted opened up meals to find had been supplied with regular fries instead of large I ordered, also the sides on one order was gravy instead it came with beans . So to say the least wasn't impressed from start to finish. Ended up contacting the KFC store to complain and was apologised by staff member and given a reference code to get replacement meal next time I was in store

Wrap of the day a great idea especially in the current financial situation, I've always found the service excellent in the Hamilton resturant and the food is of course is always good

The first time we have been in since the COVID restrictions, lovely and clean and very friendly staff. Waited a wee while for our food but it was fresh and hot when we got it. We will be back. Lovely to know the staff remember you even though you haven't been in for a long time

Every time I order from there something is missing from the order. Last time there were 4 portions of fries missing, and today they didn't put the hot wings. Waste of money
