A combo includes a wonderful warm molten cheese tart with a drink. We got pistachio and mango. My pistachio yogurt was light and full of crushed nuts…so good!
First time at this shop and ordered / tried Oreo Yogurt via UberEat promo. The girl at the shop was friendly and the drink was super delicious!! Also she mentioned that if anyone wants their cheese tart, better go before 5pm they stop baking at 5pm.
Drinks are ok, but you can see the cashier and the person making the drinks were very disorganized. Theirp area was so messy and it felt like they didn't know what they are doing. I had to wait over 30 mins for three drinks. They even turned down door dash orders because they couldn't catch up with all the orders. Not to even mention they made the drink wrong for me. Someone even asked if their strawberries were sweet, and the cashier told her it's strawberries from Costco.
Yogurt was okay, the only problem was that the worker looked half dead and was rude to me. I asked him for the oreo yogurt. He rolled his eyes and just said "Sold out" is an extremely monotonic voice. This happened twice to me. The other time I came here, there was a girl playing games on her phone with her back facing me. Every time I come here, all the employees look very sad and brain dead. When the server makes my drink, he just sighs and groans while making it. Not to mention the oreo yogurt has been sold out for like 2 weeks or so. The designs are great, but the attitude of the employees ruin it all for me. I really hope the owner is able to see this and change the attitude of the servers. Edit: I have come back here once again, the attitude of the employees have changed, I will change this review.
Tried the taro yogurt but it didn't taste like fresh taro. Instead, it tasted like taro paste with preservatives and other additives like the ones that last a long time either at room temperature or in the fridge. The taste of the drink was alright otherwise but would taste better with fresh Mashed taro.
I really like their Oreo yogurt. It’s so good. Would recommend this when you are at Aberdeen Center food court.
I ordered this drink for $6.75 after taxes. It was pre-made like they had already made this for another customer who didn't want it. The drink was very watery and not thick like other yogurt drinks, also the seal was off and looks like there is an overlap. I was going the complain about them selling pre-made drinks but for the next customer, the server actually made a new drink. So.... they sell pre-made that was canceled by other customers. My guess is someone ordered this drink online but never bothering picking up. In this case, we have no idea how long this drink was sitting there at room temperature. Tried the drink anyways at home...... omg, this drink has gone bad. The smell and taste was off. We just dumped the drink... not worth risking stomach problems. *************** My response to the owner's reply. Thank you for responding to your customers' feedback. I really respect owners who can respond to open to criticism and want to help make the customer happy. I am happy you admitted to the faulty seal and premade drinks. I hope you understand I didn't think you double sealed the drinks, but rather that the seal looked simply suspicious. I really hope you could fix the machine soon so customers could have full faith that the seal won't just fall apart or let in air in due to the seal. I also hope you stop serving pre-made drinks even if it means it is more convenient. Most premium drink shops don't make pre-made drinks. They would make it after you ordered to ensure freshness and to create the best taste. Even if your drink tasted fine, I would never go back to a drink shop that served premade drinks simply due to the uncertainty of freshness. ​ Lastly.... I want to apologize for what I am about to say. I felt like the drink was simply unpleasant. I don't know if it was the powder you used or the honey, but it really tasted like something was off. If the drink tasted just sour or sweet, I wouldn't have dumped it. Now that you mentioned it, it does taste very chemical and powdery .We had multiple family members try it in the house. They didn't know the whole story, but even they said it tasted off. Thank you so much for the offer of free drinks, I just asked my wife if she wanted to give this another try but she declined. I bumped the review from 1/5 to 2/5 for good customer response and feedback.
There is really not much to review in this fast food yogurt place. The service is ok but not great.. their yogurt drinks are quite good but expensive for the size they offer. A good place to grab and go but not much to remember or come back.
I was just here today and I ordered some castella's and a yogurt drink. The server was quite nice but I didn't get a chance to get his name. He was tall, handsome and had nice fashion. Overall I enjoyed the desserts and will definitely come back!
The drink is good but it was room temperature and it wasn’t a thick as I expected. No line and fast service but the employee just threw the straws at us.
