Choo Tea

The taro with purple yam is so good! Although you can't change the sweetness, the drink itself isn't that sweet. The toppings included in the drink are so good! It was my first time here and this drink did not disappoint. Edited to add: the place was kind of hard to find if you're not familiar with the Aberdeen area. It is in the Aberdeen Square attachment to the Aberdeen Centre.

There was a line up of 5 people before us but the staff tried her best to take orders / dispatch drinks as quickly as she could Their menu is very diverse: tea, milk tea, fruit tea, milkis and purple rice, cheese foam, and lots of add-on available. Saw many people got their Oreo and grilled yam tea drinks. I’m not a milk tea person … so when I noticed milkis rice drink on their offerings, I decided to give it a go. I asked to have “No Ice, No Sugar” . Staff advices the temperature of the rice milkis drink can’t be customised & that the drink may be on the sour side and not as tasty great advice! so the final product was in regular coldness and no sugar. Before I knew it, I finished the entire drink which might be 450ml! The mild and subtle sweetness in the blend-in crushed purple rice was of a slightly chewy texture, not hard to swallow at all. I would say if there was a little sugar added, it would be even nicer in taste, but I really did not mind having the drink in its most original state. The coldness is ok, as I had a warm meal just before drink it. It doesn’t feel too cold. Prestea across from it was suffering because everyone went for Choo…

Ordered the House Milk Tea, in one of the smaller sized cups. All things considered, nothing beats the OG Peanut's Bubble Tea in Richmond Public Market for value. Does offer unique toppings, however. Accepts credit cards. Free mall parking.

Got the Osmanthus milk tea! It had what tasted like fermented rice, which was surprisingly good. I got it at regular sweetness, and it wasn’t overly sweet like at other bubble tea places. I’ll definitely be back to try their other drinks.

I didn’t really enjoy the milk tea from here. I felt that it was really bland and the taste wasn’t very strong. Also the pearls were too soft.

We ordered osmanthus milk tea and purple rice yogurt, both are so good! But the location is not really accurate. It’s actually located on the first floor in the mall, though it shows within the metro station, which was a bit confusing.

Absolutely amazing! Was a sensational experience. This drink is for someone who doesn't like overly sweet drinks. If you are someone who prefers lots of granulated sugar or syrup, this is not for you!

My favourite place to go. They have many special drinks and all looking good and tasty. Cons: always need to wait awhile. Hope the waiting period is shorter.

Ordered the Oreo matcha at 30% sweet. Zero flavor. It was green but I couldn't taste any matcha. There was very little Oreo too, only the sprinkles on the outside of the cup so it looked pretty. The only flavor was cream and the jelly/pearls on the bottom. Will not be back. I gave two stars just because service was kind and fast.

They're super busy here usually so you might have to wait a bit I love the strawberry & blueberry slush with salty cream! It tastes sooo good, similar to a cheesecake! The drinks here are pretty so you can take nice photos of them!Food: 5/5
