I think the people are very kind at Franklin trust credit union but they are so inconsiderate concerning ur money they charge you for everything even when you get money out of your own account my advice is don't get any loans from them an if you do count every dime they take out at the end of the month and every dime that u put in. personally I wish I never dealt with Franklin credit Union

I've been a member for four years now, I wouldn't trade them for any other credit union. Employees at this Branch are very professional, also they go above and beyond to help you out in anyway. Loan officers Janellie & Jessy are the best hands down, & of course I can't forget the wonderful tellers who are always quick and proficient. Keep up the great work. Thank you for such wonderful service.
