I moved from First Niagara now Key Bank and do like the type of accounts and lower rates I would need for life circumstances and resources. In my opinion banks do nothing but just hold or take money, any bank and or credit union. I thought being a member and buying in a piece of the company vs a bank, needing emergent help with a new car would give me an advantage. Unfortunately after pouring my heart and issues out I was rejected like every other place. Now this bank is dead to me and not helpful, and useless. The lady had no sincere understanding applying for help, and didn't understand my emergency help I needed. The credit union is a good place to save money and bank finances vs a traditional bank, unfortunately since I can get no help from no where in my situation with my fraud and credit challenges, other people proven 60% of Americans in my situation should be aware. Really disappointed as they hook line and sinker you into better chance this, more help, lower apr and etc etc. That was not really the case and have to take my write offs and losses from this bank.

Just another Stick it up you Rear Non Customer service Bank. They work for fees, not you. I sure miss Middconn!!! Doing what ever it takes to move my loans, mortgage and banking far from this place.

I can NEVER contact any one when needed 😤😤I'm really considering changing Banks, I call during normal business hours and never can get anyone!!!!

I've been a member of this credit union for sometime. Never really have had a problem as far as the account goes. Occasionally I get an attitude by a teller for not filling out a deposit ticket correctly. I currently have an installment loan and I ran into a financial necessity where I needed to refinance my loan and obtain an additional amount. I have never felt so uncomfortable applying for a loan in my life. My credit is pretty good, however a few days prior I had purchased a car a few months prior and the dealer had run my credit through a few banks and as a result had a few inquiries on it. The employee proceeded to circle every inquiry on my credit report with a red pen and talk to me in a condescending manner. It was almost like her priority was for me to not get the loan. In the end I ended up securing financing elsewhere. It really left me feeling with a bad taste in my mouth. The only reason I stay with the credit union is because I only get this treatment with this branch. However, I think that when I payoff my loan with them shortly I will be closing all me relationships with this organization.
