Their website and boutiques offer elegant, minimalistic pieces, perfect for casual wear. A lot of nice ideas go into their designs. But 70% of my F&O pieces have been big let downs for me. Their clothes are cheaply manifactured and tend to degrade really quickly. Think about it: their whole business model is about building high clientele engagement : weekly catalog updates, offers of trendy style plans, great shipping and returns policies, and considerable flash sales. So fine, it makes sense. But... seriously, in 2018? Pratices encouraging over consumerism are beyond lame. I just want beautiful, durable, fair trade clothing that I can trust and trade. Sadly I'll have to look elsewhere from now on. Also, if you still want to give them a try, know that their clothing are not designed for people with curvy bodies. If youre like me, inital tryouts will be hits or big misses.

Absolute nightmare, as I write this comment I have been refused a refund by two employees and will be calling their boss tomorrow. Not impressed, don't shop here

A little too hipster for my taste, but the clothing they have is nice. Service is ok, I would strongly suggest they get changing booth without cracks in them.

What they refer as 'expert barber' is a joke. The one I got is a DJ who moonlights as a barber. As you can imagine, the haircut is simply awful. Sides that don't match, strands that are the wrong lenght, you name it. Even had a picture of what I wanted and the end result is not even close. You know it's bad when you get back to the office and the first thing coworkers say is "what happened?!" Simply do not go there for their "barber" service.

My only place to buy clothes !!! Affordavle, nice quality and style. Excellent user experience though app and website and excellent client sercice for returns and changes
