Much better experience than last time I was here! Sister hotel next door “upgraded” us to 2 adjoining rooms here because I think there were too many vacancies. That layout works for our family of 5. They fixed the pool to be usable (ice cold last stay), and breakfast buffet was good. Business office computer printed up an emergency ticket I needed... so that was a nice plus too. Not fancy updated accommodations, so that knocked it down a star.

Will not be revisiting this Sheraton. Currently undergoing renovation, and should not be open during this. It was generally unclean and drafty. Our heating unit made very loud noises all night, our tub would not drain, another person staying next door had a toilet that would not flush, the pool was dirty and cold. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and have never been moved to write a review... but I do read them. Definitely opt for an air b&b until this hotel is 100% finished with the renovations.

Whole place is kept very clean. Only stayed a night and didn’t use the pool regrettably. The indoor pool area is super nice and feels like you’re somewhere tropical. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t forget to grab a free freshly baked cookie in the lobby

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. They didn't hesitate to investigate when I thought something in my room was a hidden camera. Turns out it was a tool to assist the deaf! Indoor pool looked beautiful but I didn't have time to swim in it.

Rates can be pretty high in the summer but perfect location next to Arnolds, Moby dick, etc. They took out the hot tub which was one of the best features!
