For two: $150 dim sum if you plan on taking home some food. Positive: easy to find, free underground parking park in the grey zone, interior is modern, clean and bathroom is clean. Food is excellent...many unique dishes that you can't order anywhere else. Priced is similar to others. Has English menu and with pictures. Negative: gets busy really quick so either book ahead or come early. Food for thought: looking for non-traditional dim sum dishes, this is the place. Parking: Free if you park in the grey zone.

Definitely upscale in price and flavour, their dimsum offerings were delectable. As a place for special occasions, I would recommend reserving early as the place fills up quickly. Located near the Olympic Oval in Richmond, you can park underground for free just don't forget to register your plates in the machine. Friendly staff, efficient.

The dim sum was above average and was very delicious! Would highly recommend the custard steamed buns as they were one of the best parts about dining here. The dim sum is a bit pricier compared to other restaurants in the area. Just a general heads up, but the parking here is a bit hard to navigate.

Forgot to take pictures as I was more focused on getting the food into my belly The dim sum were all top notch. It doesn’t look like it but I really enjoyed the custard buns LOL. We also got the truffle lobster crispy rice roll which was absolutely delicious. Never had something so unique and tasty in dim sum before. The environment was busy but clean. The service was efficient. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience a “fancier” dim sum place!

We came here for dim sum and enjoyed it very much. Very classic cantonese dim sum place, loud, crowded. You ordered on a menu and food qualities are good. Would return. Parking is covered by the restaurant in underground garage and make sure you parked at the designated color zone. Also, more vegetarian options then average.

Expensive with poor service. Creative dim sum, but taste below average. Too crowded between tables with poor air ventilation. Parking lot is crazily busy at weekend lunch time. One try is more than enough there are more better choice in Richmond. Summary: disappointed.

Don’t let the cute and innovative dishes fool you, the quality and taste were top notch The piggy custard buns were not only adorable but had so much filling, and not too sweet. The steamed egg white shrimp dumplings were surprisingly good! The truffle lobster roll were filled with shrimps as well. And the shiu mai weren’t greasy which I liked. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Really fun dim sum to try but a bit more expensive than usual places. Parking was a pain and further to walk to. Ok service, they hurry you out if sitting over 1.5 hours. Enjoyable overall! Will try more dim sum next time

Overall very good dimsum, I loved the touch of luxurious ingredients such as abalone and truffle! Minus one star for price point but the service was very good, food was tasty it was a nice bonus it was cute and colourful! Writing this review upon a second visit to Fortune Terrace. Both visits were filled with delicious, high quality, and unconventional approaches to classic dim sum. All dishes were with aesthetically pleasing presentations. Serving was timely and accurate. Reservations were required. Will return again soon.
