Definitely one of my favourite gyms. Have all the equipment you need and then some. Great atmosphere, great people and great music. The perfect gym for anyone just getting into lifting or have been lifting for years.

We have notified this gym of this trainer Dylan Thomas look his Instagram online @dylanthomas.m as well as the Instagram accounts that are showing all he sends people online and through text messages. Still he is working at this gym, please be very careful everyone

We came to this gym on a pilgrimage from New York, and the staff were super friendly and let us workout for the day for free! The gym has everything you could ever want and a badass powerlifting vibe to it! 10/10 recommend!

I was told by a friend that Dylan Thomas is still working at this location and the owners are ok with his behaviour online with former clients of the gym .Be careful guys!

FANTASTIC gym with a plethora and wide range of equipment. Friendly staff and membership base of people focused on improving their physical capabilities through hard training. Not like your typical commercial gym, this a serious gym where you can actually get in a proper workout. Highly recommend.

Best strength-focused gym in Toronto. Amazing community and quality equipment whether for weightlifting, powerlifting or strongman. Trainers are all very knowledgable and helpful.
