Food Factory

I showed up alone and asked to sit at the bar. I was seated and not a single waiter or waitress asked if I would like a drink for five minutes. When I was helped, it took them 10 minutes to get a beer because “there were no clean glasses.” Apparently the dishes are not done here. I was able to order, and was interrupted during my order by the waitress who wanted to rush off and not deal with me. I waited for almost half an hour for my order. People who sat down after I was seated had their food before me. Rather than working, cooks we’re on their phones. The food was good, and that is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars.

We basically got kicked out... The food has always been decent waitresses are always a hit or miss but, the manager on shift tonight, I was told his name is Levi, made me lose my cool all while ignoring me. Us girls actually had the same night off for once and wanted to get a drink, dinner and just let off some steam and rant about life. Let me say we didn't have our phones out, we weren't around a clock and we didn't know they closed at 9pm... So around 9:15 or even 9pm...a simple "hey, ladies we are closed so, if you can start wrapping things up we would appreciate it" would have been completely understandable! But, no we got "hey, ladies we've been closed for an hour, so I'm going to have to ask you to leave" and as the manager Levi is walking away I ask if he still wanted us to pay.... He went to the other side and put his headphones in... (I was always going to pay, I was upset how he handled the situation) let me add that the waitress came up to us probably twice after 9pm and asked us if we needed anything else... Again not letting us know they were closed)

Best fried pickles in the U.S. A great place to eat for any occasion. You won't be disappointed.

Best burgers in town. Friendly service and excellent atmosphere. The staff are second to none.
