I love Quiznos, but the employees are awful. The customer service is so bad it makes it uncomfortable to even walk in the store. While ordering, the employee asks me what ingredients come on the sandwich and does this to every customer. These are not new employees, keep in mind. The employee has no idea what comes on any of the samdwiches. This isn't Subway; you order a sandwich and are able to customize it. The employees at the very least need to know the ingredients to their sandwiches. They even make the customer use the credit card machine for them, which is very awkward. Management needs to re-examine their business if they want a Quiznos in Fairbanks.

Clean and fast food. Food is fresh and staff are friendly. Great place to sit down a grab a bite. The seating area is a little small but I have always had a place to sit with the family.
