I have ordered from here a couple of times. The shipping cost if you don't make it to the minimum for free shipping is very reasonable. And they ship super quick. I don't live too far away but it's quick Their prices are fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This will always be my go to for baking supplies. Thank you for being such a great company.

Shipping takes 3 weeks. Don't order online unless you have at least that long to wait. They say it is because of the shipping companies but it takes 2 weeks just for them to package the boxes in the warehouse... yet they are all sitting right there on the shelf. They need to stop putting the blame on other companies, pull up their socks and let people know they can't handle the business they are getting.

I recently ordered food pens for a fast approaching cookie order and wasn’t sure if they would come in time but sure enough they did!!! In fact, they came much faster than I anticipated! Flour confections have always promptly shipped my orders, I have never once had to wait - even through this pandemic!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Flour Confections for providing such great service!! I am so excited to use these pens for my next cookie order!!

I purchased floral wires and paid for them to be express shipped to the United States. They arrived promptly but in a paper envelope so they were all bent and very difficult to use with sugar paste crafts. I wrongfully assumed this company would have more knowledge and take more care in packing their supplies.

We ordered them 2 weeks ago from their online shop for our business. They delivered the items after 13 days they said it take 3-10days. In that order one expensive item was missing and I needed that. They had not informed me nor refund me. I tried to call them and left them a voice message but they never got back to me. Very poor customer service, terrible management.

If you already have spent hundreds by running to other baking supplies chains, you should visit this place to give comfort to your wallet. Moreover, a lot many variety of baking supplies are available which can hardly be found in other supply chains. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. From now on, I will be their regular customer

I have been shopping at Flour Confections for approximately two years, both in person and online. I like the wide variety of food colors, cake drums, and tools which are mostly what I purchase. The prices and service are pretty good. They're one of my go-to cake supply stores.

Exceptional customer service! I've purchased online a number of times and never had an issue. My last order did have two small bottles which had broken during shipping. I sent an email, got a very quick response and today, the very next day, I received a replacement for those items! Highly recommend this place!
