Do not order their meat pies. Congealed grease and hard pastries are not what I want from a mom and pop bakery. Frozen meat pies from Zehrs are better. Be warned.

Grabbed meat pies. They didn't even come close to tasting right with too much pepper and the pastry is harder than before. The black pudding is less than 1/2" thick each. The staff seemed bothered by my arrival. Not the same place it once was.

Glad I found this place. Apart from being a bit too salty, the pies and sausage rolls are very satisfying.

Love love all the delicious pies and pastries. The mincemeat is really tasty, so is the Rotal cookies, the scotch pies and steak pies with puff pastry...yummy!

Poor quality steak and kidney pie and sausage rolls. Very expensive also. I hate to say the walmart sausage rolls are much better. I will not go back there way to expensive for terrible quality

Visited the bakery yesterday and the lady behind the counter who was not permanently from the Pickering location was very friendly and helpful. The melton mowbray pies and steak & onion pies were really tasty.

Select is very poor. The products did not appear to be fresh. The woman at the counter was not helpful at all. Not sure why this place has been in business so long. Service and quality not good.

Horrid woman at the counter. Will never return.
