During covid they have done a great job of separating tables and giving everyone lots of space. Food is excellent and the dumplings are a fairly large size. Good value. Kind of weird elevators due to the parking being above ground. You'll see what I mean if you take the elevators to the restaurant

Free parking offer is nice. Dim sums are very yummy. Tea is good. Service is the best.

No frills place for dim sum. Not the most attentive service but good food.

Went there for dim sum and found a piece of hair in our shrimp dumpling. Quickly informed the waitress and she took it away immediately. Order was cancelled but she didn't apologize at all. During covid, I thought places need to be super clean.

I’ve been coming here for almost ten years. I’ve certainly had better Dim Sum globally, especially in San Francisco, etc., but overall, Floata is probably the best Vancouver has to offer for Dim Sum. The service is friendly, quick, and the food is always quite good. Very rarely do we have a poor experience. Bravo.

This is my go to place for dim sum downtown. The food is good although the service is not the best. We ordered 5 dim sum dishes and only 3 came out. We eventually had to cancel two of the dishes after waiting a while.

The meals and service were ahead of our expectations. We really liked the atmosphere of this place. Superb restaurant to take the family out for dinner.
