Fletcher's Pub - Oakland Drive

I took my bf there for the first time after leaving a place that wasn't up to par with the food selection. He loved it and wants to return. He wants the well trained polite server that we had. And made the experience superior !

The owner DAN refuses to hire anyone that isn't pretty or young as a server or bartender. He doesn't care about experience at all, only looks. Very judgmental. The most disgusting interview I've ever had. All he wants to talk about is politics, right wing philosophy and didn’t show any interest in my work ethic. He pressed me about how to make money like a drill sergeant. He also refused to use my they/them pronouns, or my actual name. He constantly is after people and I don’t think he’s praised any of people who work for him. I feel bad for them. Food and staff are great, but Dan has to go.

Decent pub style food for decent price. The staff are the reason for the 5 star rating, not knocking the food...it's good just standard pub grub is all. The staff at this location have always been great, attentive, friendly and provided wonderful service even when the place was packed on St Patty's Day.

Love fletchers. Always good service and food. The area of the city is nice too. Always parking and great bar items. Fast friendly and pricing what you would expect. Good time more than $50

Had the absolute worst experience i've had in a long time here! My s/o and I were seated and served by Iris and I picked up the drink menu to take a look at their cocktails and was immediately met with "um we have pepsi products..." i was like alrighty then guess i'm not going to get to order a drink. Ordered a pepsi. My s/o ordered a long island and she asked for MY ID? I wasn't planning on drinking after the initial comment assuming I was underage. I then go on to order the pot roast and based off the menu description it comes with mashed potatoes, FRESH VEGETABLES, and texas toast. It was a slab of fatty meat on top of mashed potatoes and a slice of soggy bread. Asked Iris if there were any veggies that came with it and she said she didn't know and walked away. When she brought the check I saw my item was never even rang in as what I ordered to begin with! Definitely will not plan on coming back here after the atrocious service we received.

Fletcher's was a really cool place!! Loved the vibe and atmosphere here! I've been here a few times before, the food is always good, and the drinks are reasonably priced! Would definitely come again! 10 out of 10

We stopped in for a quick dinner. Some prices are moderate, some are high. My sandwich was about $10 and my husband's burrito was about $13. The food was good and our waiter, Kurt, was efficient. The wet burrito was very good, a little pricier than you'd pay elsewhere and it did NOT come with sour cream, but it was good. The grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich was a cool concept consisting of a huge mac and cheese fritter with thick-cut bacon. The fritter was good, but the bacon was sparse. The bread had a cheap oil taste to it. I'm glad I tried it, but I wouldn't get it again. Word to the wise if you do get the mac and cheese sandwich: it holds in crazy heat -let it rest or you’ll end up with a gnarly lip burn ouch, party of one.

The Bluegill Ruben is a must try! Coleslaw on it instead of sauerkraut. Delish. Everything was great. Service, precaution's, price.

Odd observation but their High top chairs need to be replaced. They lean forward and are uncomfortable ‍. The food is bar quality. The main bartender is very friendly and always in a good mood. Waitstaff is pretty good. Lots of regulars at the bar so that’s always fun. Decent bourbon selection sometimes.

Great pub food. It was lightly staffed when we visited but the server was great.
