Buffalo Wild Wings

Been to multiple bdub across the US and this is by far the worst. Wings were the smallest I have ever seen. I gave 2 star cause the sauce was pretty good. Other than that the wing was small and overcooked leaving hard pieces in my mouth

I have no words for this. It’s like you literally dumped the bottle of sauce into this container…. This order was picked up 10 minutes ago. Def going to ask for a full refund. My 125$ order is just complete garbage. Not happy, won’t be coming back.

Was really excited to come we don't eat out often and its a favorite of mine. It took over an hour to get our food. The fries were cold. We got both types of the bar pizza I asked for ranch on the side it was still all over the pizza. There were 5 of us and the only thing we liked were the fried pickles and we are not picky people. I will not return.

Disappointing Dining Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of friends, eager to indulge in some delicious wings and catch up with one another. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. The combination of inefficient service, a faulty ordering system, and poorly timed food delivery left us all feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. To begin with, our waitress seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. She took our orders, but somehow forgot to put them into the system. This resulted in an exasperating delay, as we were all eagerly anticipating our food. To add insult to injury, the restaurant's ordering system kept breaking down, causing further disruptions to our dining experience. Our frustration escalated when our food finally began to arrive, but not all at once. Instead, the meals were delivered in three separate phases, making for an awkward and disjointed dining experience. As a result, some of us had to wait and watch as our friends finished their meals, while others felt rushed to eat before their food got cold. The cherry on top of this disappointing experience was that one of our party members never even received their meal. Despite ordering a simple dish of chicken tenders and French fries, their food was inexplicably missing from the order. We brought this to the attention of our waitress, but she seemed uninterested in resolving the issue, leaving our friend hungry and discontent. In summary, our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was a letdown, marred by inattentive service, technical issues, and poorly executed meal delivery. It's unfortunate that our casual night out with friends was overshadowed by these avoidable issues. With so many other dining options available, I will think twice before returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is our 3rd time here thought about finally say something. The service is great when you first walk in, but the food....let me just say they need to learn how to cook food the say the customer orders it. They nice about it, but get together if you want customers to come back.

Waited forever to order,then waited atleast an hour for our food,fries were cold,my son's wings were cold and hard. She did bring us new wings and fries,then got our bill and were charged full price for the drinks instead of happy hour prices. Our bills did get fixed and extra money was taken off for all the inconveniences. Our first time there and we were all pretty disappointed. The waitress said it's usually not like that,but looking at the reviews it is.

Absolutely awful!! Chicken wings barely had any meat on them. Our waitress never came back after dropping food off then to top it all off we had gift cards but they claimed the internet was down but yet credit/debit cards went through just fine. Good thing we had cash especially since atm was down as well.

Always a long wait. I will never understand why they don’t just always have wings ready. This last time, we waited 35 minutes after our 30 minute estimated time. They kept saying “we’re waiting on 10 more wings” we only ordered 25. Like, are we the only people who ordered wings? Those wings should be hot and ready, or at least give a more accurate time estimate.

I tried to purchase takeout once in awhile. Some days to answer the phone some days they don't and when they do some person who is not very nice. I'll place an order and they'll say 20 minutes, so I come in like 20 minutes and they're like oh it's going to be another 10 minutes. Also the takeout person gave me a dirty look when I did not give them a tip. I do not understand why take out people think that you should tip them just because they push the screen button get the food and then hand it to me. Servers serve you take out people just get your product and go on. I am so sick and tired of these companies you think that we should tip when you do take out. SO waiting for the additional 10 minutes I take my food back to my car and to find out that the food is cold already. A lot of times they miss giving me my blue cheese dressing with my meal. So I have to go back in and ask for it and the person at the takeout center and puffs and leaves and comes back. A lot of times you take the food back to my house and put it in the air fryer to make it warmer. I think it's time to find a different place to get wings

Food is good with many options, especially with wing sauces! Service can get very busy and sometimes you may have to wait longer for things like refills. Atmosphere is bustling and caters to sports enthusiasts!Food: 5/5
