Great service! Fast, friendly, and professional. My water heater broke and they had a new one ordered, delivered, and installed within a couple hours. I highly recommend them.

Great service in fixing my air conditioner on a very hot summer day. The tech had good recommendations to save me money. I appreciated that. I also like the preventive calls they make and give me thoughts of what to expect for reparis in the future.

We had a toilet that was leaking and was loose. We called Flat Rate, they were easy to work with on scheduling, prompt and responsive. Andy G came to the house the same day and was superb. He is friendly, efficient, and excellent as a plumber. Within 2 hours, we had a new toilet installed, and we could not be more pleased with the service. The e-mail we received in advance telling us about Andy was very much appreciated. I would recommend Flat Rate to anyone. We will be calling them again.

Every great from point of contact, Andy coming out at a time that was convenient to a very busy schedule, doing the work and cleaning up after himself. All questions and concerned answered. Bob #37 was very helpful. He checked my water heater and answered all of my questions. He informed me that the water heater pilot plate was worn, I asked him how much would it cost to replace which he told me (he could have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't) he recommended to me not to replace the pilot plate which would cost over $400 because of the age of the water heater, I would probably need to replace the water heater within the next year or two and as long as I was getting hot water and there were no leaks it just didn't make sense to put over $400 into something that would have to be replaced in the very near future. I appreciated his honesty. This is what I consider, Great Services. I will be using Flat Rate for all my plumbing needs. PM
