The clay lateral from our home to the street had been breached by roots from a maple tree. The roots were causing water to back up and come out the floor drain in the utility room. I called Rozga at 7am. I was told the plumber would call sometime between 11am and 1pm and head over. He called at 10:30am and was at my home at 11am. the work was completed by 12:30pm approximately. The plumber (Matt) was polite and very knowledgeable and was able to explain quite a bit to me. Everything was cleaned up when he finished. I expected the cost so that didn't throw me, but a good experience after a bad situation.

I needed the valves under my kitchen sink re-plumbed because the previous people who remodeled the kitchen had the sink so tightly on top of the values that they could not be turned. Arnie at Rozga re-plumbed the valves and made the operational. He returned the next morning just to ensure that there were no leaks as we had to wait 6 - 8 hours to turn the water back on. The pipe glue needed time to cure. He also repaired the sink faucet so that it now rotates without having to use 2 hands to push it side to side. He was very efficient and did excellent work. I am very happy. I don't know if they are more expensive as it is almost impossible to compare, but the work was absolutely done well and he did not waste any time. I will call them again if i need additional plumbing work.

I've used Rozga to replace both my AC unit and my hot water heater, and to fix my garbage disposal. They were always on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, and had very reasonable prices. My hot water heater in particular was a tricky job due to its location. The guys who installed it had their work cut out for them, but they did it with a smile and at the price I was originally quoted. 10/10 would recommend!

Shane and Nate arrived early, diagnosed the issue quickly and they were even faster in resolving the problem. I would happily recommend these guys and do business with them again. I will never call another plumbing company as long as Rozga is around! Thanks, Shane and Nate!

Highly recommend using Rozga. Needed my sump pump replaced. Arnie was very professional, and offered helpful tips to help the unit last longer. He also replaced the crock cover with a better one, and installed an alarm. They use technology to keep more accurate track of their hours
