Blau Sudden Service

Great, quick service!! I was told everything they had to do, the approximate time it would take, and the exact price it would cost me. No surprises! Everything done in a very professional manner. Would definitely use Blau service again.

We contacted Blau to do a charged diagnostic assessment ($130). After running various tests, they recommended replacement of our current AC and furnace. The technician recommend having the owner come out to do a thorough assessment of the house to get a detailed quote. Scheduled second appointment with the owner, he walked around the house and was verbally throwing out numbers between $10,000-$30,000! No written quote was provided. After contacting the owner to get a quote in writing, he responded saying additional "critical tests" needed to be run to quote an appropriately sized unit, which would be an ADDITIONAL VISIT that would cost us $250!! After two separate visits, during which the need for "critical tests" were not discussed, they were unable to give us a written quote. Since then we've had two other companies out to our home and were provided with detailed, written quotes within 24 hours. All significantly lower than $10,000 and only requiring ONE FREE VISIT! We would not recommend working with them.

I scheduled an appointment for my fall furnace checkup. Making the appointment was easy and Samantha called me when the tech was on their way this morning. Technician Steve M. was courteous and efficient. He explained what he was looking for, cleaned the furnace and finished up in a timely manner. I renewed my Service Plan for the furnace and air conditioning unit so Blau can call me when it's time to schedule the checkups in spring and fall.

To whom it may concern, I was exceptionally impressed with the routing service provided by Blau. There young technician , Kyle was very professional, well trained,and put me quickly at ease. He solved the problem within an hour. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Blau . I also appreciate that they did not charge overtime rates on Saturday service. I am a big fan of Blau Plumbing for the top notch quality of their service and their people! On Monday I used Theo from Blau Plumbing for the second time in three years. Each time the service was timely, neat and effective. Theo even managed to talk the local water department into coming out on an emergency basis to locate and shut off water service to my home. This shortened the time to same day from what could have been a multi-day event. Thank you, Blau.
