Flaman fitness has been my go to spot for all my fitness needs for the past 2 years. Sheri is one of the most friendly saleswomen I've ever dealt with and best of all she and her staff are extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to having them continuously help me in my fitness journey.

I've been going to Flaman Fitness in Yorkton for almost six years for my fitness equipment needs.  Shari and her staffs have been very helpful in finding the right exercise equipment that I need and very knowledgeable in doing so.  I would highly recommend going there for your fitness needs and questions about their products.

Shari was amazing. So knowledgable about all the products and how to use them. I am so happy with the entire experience. I have lost 30 pounds since I bought my stuff from her.
