Value Village

Some good deals, but I'm still consistently seeing dollar store items marked at 4 to 5 times the price new. A lot of the clothes can also be purchased new for their ticketed price. Kinda greedy for a company that gets their stock for free....

We went today intending just to browse around but we found some curtains that were of very good quality that would have cost more even at Walmart. We went to the checkout with only a very small coupon but the cashier Ashleigh apologies if I misspell the name reminded us to look at our emails since a new offer had gone out that we hadn’t seen. She was very polite and quick at checking us out. My wife was very happy with their variety of selections for clothing and household fabrics. Their furniture and tools area was a bit sparse but otherwise the store was clean and well taken care of.

ALWAYS, always, always look forward to visiting this location when in town to see family. A very clean and organized store with lots of variety of things plus staff are very kind and friendly at check out. Already looking forward to my next visit! This experience is compared to all the different stores visited in calgary and BY FAR the staff are what make the experience that much better here! Cheers!

Clean, spacious, selection was pretty good and prices were reasonable.
