Dollarama

I love the new store, but the self checkouts have been a serious issue for me every time I use it. Not to mention that most days there's only one or two people minding the registers. The staff are nice and patient, just seems like they need more.

Staff were busy stocking the shelves to the max. Clean store. Was the staff pleasant? No. Did I hate the self check out machines? Yes.nEveryone likes to shop at dollar stores.

Clean, neat, well stocked. I was thankful to see a human ran checkout as I had a massive cart full.

The product and prices were great and the customer service reps tries their best. What disgusted me was the female customer who was belligerent to the cashier and snapped at her. Let's do better during Christmas and every day.

The stars go to the selection of products, I'd give more but there is one lady who is very rude. She can't handle not making comments, today I was called ridiculous as I walked out because I left some items at checkout budgeting, you get what you can. She deters me from visiting this dollar store often, the Dollar Tree has the sweetest staff but less selection. I go there more often though, service is important!
