This is a change of review from a 2 star to now a 5 star.  At first we thought the vehicle problems with our 2010 Ford Edge stemmed from a step missed with DR.  But, as it turns out, it was not of their doing.  They've been most excellent in urging to bring the vehicle to have it checked as they were concerned about it being an issue caused by them.  But, happy to say it wasn't as a very long math pattern was finally figured out and in that entire process DR has been nothing short of fantastic.
