Coles - Parkland Mall

The staff Jude and Dawnya were so welcoming. This may be a bit of unique recommendation as I am an author of the guided Journal Courage to Change and this location supported my tour. Visiting this location showcased how close they are with their customers. I even walked out with two books. The kids section in the location is so nice too and not like I have seen at any other Coles.

Great place and beyond amazing staff. Definitely appreciate Joshua for all of his help the last few visits. Lots of good books always in the sales section as well.

This is a great little Coles. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have quite a selection considering. Great selection of journals and gifts. Surprising since it’s such a small town.

Best place in the mall to shop for everyone in my family. I had to have bought at least 11 gifts so far. I found a few gifts for myself too, and I only bought two books. Fun store and great staff! Especially their blankets. They are the softest blanket you'll find. I love mine. Ok, this is getting to long. My apologies

Excellent selection with new releases and old favourites, great sale prices, fast orders, as far as a bookstore goes — it's as good as it gets. But even if all of that wasn't true, the kind and helpful people that work here would make the visit worth it. The staff are incredible, both helpful and friendly, and more than a little knowledgeable about what they're selling.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Told the worker what I was looking for and she took me right to the section and even recommended a book on the topic I told her I was looking for.

Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Great suggestions for gifts for others. Some toys, and boardgames. Good selection of kids books. If they don't have it they will order it with you.
