Flagship Sun Self Storage

Currently not offering the moving truck due to Covid. It would have been nice if the company communicated that to the customers. Instead I was blind sided and now have to scramble to figure something else out. No discount for the inconvenience. No apology.

While waiting to find my new home, I had all of my household belongings stored at Flagship from 9/18-5/19. The facility is immaculate and the staff very helpful and courteous. During the time I was using the unit, I made several trips from the north shore to remove items. The corridors in the storage area are well lighted and color coded. On one occasion I needed assistance to try to find an item. Scott worked with me moving boxes. His help was greatly appreciated. When my mover emptied the unit this week, an antique brass handle from a dresser was missing. I contacted Flagship to see if it had been found when the unit was swept. Scott went through the trash and found it! Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty.

This is a great place if you need storage. The whole place is neat and clean. They plow in the winter so access is easy. The whole inside is all climate controlled and security cameria monitoring. Rates are fair and service is great.

This is a great storage facility, they run a tight ship! It is very well managed, efficient, clean and plenty of storage options. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Excellent temperature controlled units with excellent pricing!! One of if not the best on Cape Cod!

Place is expensive but it's climate controlled.
