My ice maker was given to Crane appliance 3 time (2-3 weeks each time) and it still does not make a single cube of ice. Have left 9 messages over 3 seeks on service managers (Ken Crane) voice and no response. I have even talked the sales manager to see if I can get Ken to call me back and still no luck. If anyone talks to Ken, please have him call me, thanks.
