Cape Cod Moving & Storage

Wish we could have offered 10 stars. My wife and I had Cape Cod Moving and Storage consolidate two homes into a new one. One in Metro West and the second on the Cape to another home on the Cape. The ease in which the entire process was handled from the owner (Doug) to the estimator (Russell) was flawless. The movers were excellent young men as well. We had two separate groups of 4 men handle each move. I'd worked as a mover as a younger man so I know the job well. They all worked at good pace and handled all of our furniture very carefully. When your wife give them an A+ as well you know they did a great job. Thank you Doug, Russell and everyone at Cape Cod Movers.

I have used CC Movers three times. Each time I had a different pair of men. They were all good workers and they took good care of my stuff. Some of them were so helpful they even had suggestions about the best way to arrange the furniture. I will always choose them for a move. Nothing got lost or was damaged.

Right from my very first call to them, Cape Cod Moving made my small move a pleasure. I was offered several dates, and on the day Doug and Paul were on time, courteous and very professional. We were done in under the time allotted and they even took care of a couple extras for me. Highly recommend them. Thank you Doug, Paul, Kelsey, Donna and Christine!

I think that bad experiences are just as important to share as positive ones. I would hate for anyone else to have the experience we did. We stopped by to pick up prepurchased and previously used boxes for our upcoming move. When we arrived as planned. We were met with open hosility and sexist behavior by a manager. I was not going to tolerate his rudeness in this brief costumer service interaction and when I challenged him, he made it personal. I found them to be unprofessional and unprepared. No one should be treated the way that we were. So strange and unwarranted. I would recommend going else where, anywhere else.

We were moved out of storage unit to our new home in Plymouth by John and his crew on 3/31/17 and we were very impressed with our experience. They were at the storage facility at the scheduled time, emptied it out efficiently, and moved everything into our new home. The crew was polite, respectful, and patient. We couldn't have been more pleased. They took the stress out of moving. I have already recommended the company to friends who will be moving in the near future. John and his crew are certainly the best!
