Our heritage dates to the 1930s when Ernest Plante, Sr. started a small moving and storage company in Providence, RI. In 1980, Colony Moving & Storage was established on Cape Cod, carrying on the tradition of providing quality moving service by his son, Ernest Plante, Jr., his wife, Dolores, and their son Ernest III.
