Frank & Henry's Service Ltd

This is the only place I'll take my car in Kingston. They are extremely honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't, and the prices are very reasonable. I live in the west end but Frank and Henry's is worth the drive out every time.

Poor workmanship at dealer (almost) price. Had some power steering hoses replaced there... new lines were not put were they are supposed to go and loose, rubbing on the wiring harness and shroud. I took it back and they added some zip ties instead of correcting the location of the lines( under the harness so the line fit properly). When shown the job still wasn't right the second time they said that was the best that could be done. The dealer may be a little more expensive but at least the job will be done properly if not the first time at least on the second if a customer points out an error.

The most (and only) honest shop I've ever been to. My other mechanics always insist that extra work needs to be done. Frank & Henry's told me what is NOT necessary and why. Honest mechanics that know their stuff. Bringing my car here exclusively from now on.

Honest, polite and quick. They don't try to upsell you or follow a prescribed script of what your car needs based on mileage. The only place we bring our cars in Kingston.

Excellent service. This is one shop that won't fix anything if it's not broken. Most shops will point out anything that will eventually break down. Frank and Henry's will fix it if they can safely without replacing it or if they do you won't end up with ten other items that need fixing too. Over 50 years experience in that shop alone. One time I broke down and explained to them over the phone. They told me what to do and it was fixed. No charge. This is the only garage I go to.
