Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We were in town for a tournament with our team and families. We called the day before to see if they could accommodate our large group. We were told to call two hours in advance of our arrival time to get on the seating list and this way they would have plenty of time to clear an area and be happy and able to accommodate us. When we called two hours prior to our arrival time we were told they could not accommodate us and then it would be an additional two hour wait once we got there and that call ahead seating was only meant to accommodate small groups and not groups of our size. We were left scrambling to find a different venue to accommodate us in a town we were unfamiliar with on short notice. If I could give zero stars I would.

We had an amazing server, His name was Nick. Very attentive and friendly. Fast to do refills and clear plates. Great servers are hard to come by these days and he was simply fantastic. Food was really good and even though they were busy, everything was fast and we were in and out of there in no time! Great little tablet for kids to play games was on the table, which kept my daughter from whining about waiting for the food. All around great experience!

Love coming to this place and love the food. What i don't like is the staff standing around on their phones while im waiting for service. I get it, we are all tech savvy but you can check your phone on your break in the break room. I am also in the restaurant industry and know how phones can take away from good service

These guys are awesome. They made a mistake, but it was cleared up and my meal was comped. That in itself does not a five star rating make, though. The service was incredible. Friendly and fast. Good wine and excellent food. Hopefully what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else, but I can't recommend this place highly enough. (That is to say, this specific branch.)

The dish I got all the time(Chicken parmesan). I have become gluten free and was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat here anymore. I checked and my dish Is gluten free and I feel it is better. For the salad, They take the croutons off or put to the side if you have a person that eats them.
