Boustan

We ordered 'Trio Mix' wraps, they were exactly what you'd expect: delicious! It's a relatively clean and Air conditioned place with lots of seating. I would recommend this for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner

Presentation - 5/5 Taste - 4/5 Didn't like the potatoes, garlic sauce was not at all enough portion. But, Was a good experience, would definitely try again.

They do not follow instructions on Uber eats. Asked for a Chicken shawarma saj pita with only garlic sauce and I got one fully vegetabled out to the max. Also the Beef pita Saj has literally no beef in it. like if you're gonna charge over 10 dollars for a not even a big sandwich at least put some meat in it. or raise your price and send me something that will make me order again?????? How do you people not follow instructions on a simple app. I chose you over 500 other places tonight I am not satisfied and I regret my choice. THANK YOU BOUSTAN DANIEL JOHNSON. I will refund that chicken I already submitted to uber eats with a picture.

The service is bad and the quality of the food is very low comparing to the other Boostans The individual who act like a big boss , he is also the one who is preparing the food, has a bully attitude when making the food , making different faces and making comments when we were asked what ingredients we would like ! I was so close to blow it to him but kept my breath cool since i was hungry and wanted to eat and leave as quick as possible. He is also interrupting other employees when they try to assist customers, keep talking to them in Arabic. Not sure how they keep a bully with this kind of attitude around. It's a restaurant , you take orders, prepare the orders , shut your mouth and avoid eye contact with customers. Simple as is. Also, I had ordered the beef pita and the beef was burnt.

Ordered a wrap and when I got home to eat it, there was so much hot sauce inside it was completely inedible. I didn't even ask for hot sauce. I never had other Boustan locations automatically add hot sauce, it's not a default condiment. I could have saved myself the trouble of driving there and simply flushed my money down the toilet and go to bed hungry because thats exactly what it felt like I did.

The shawarma at Boustan was very good and I was a regular at this store. Both beef and chicken shawarma platters are tasty but the salad/sides could be more generous overall. Service can be a little tart sometimes depending on who you get.Food: 5/5

Not clean. Very unprofessional. Same guy that is taking money, prepares the sandwich WITHOUT gloves. Another guy cleans the food that drops from the sandwiches and puts it back in the trays. Really bad service as well. Fast food. I rarely have seen a place that does this in front of you...and not caring for the customers. Somebody who watch the cameras if they have would probably flip. Not recommended. Food is fast food...so is ok...but when you see with your eyes what happens...is disgusting.

It's so disappointing to hate on boustan because usually its good. I ordered and paid for a mix shawarma pita instead i get chicken. Not even all dressed. It's tough when you spend money on something you think would be worthy but turns out its not. The service was good they were all nice but i need my stuff the way i'm asking it to be. And don't even get me started on the potatoes, they were dry & tasteless. While boustan or sources, st jean is able to make them perfectly????

A clean spot with a big dining room. The menu is classic but delicious as it should. Compared to other Competitors, Boustan is my favorite. Worth visiting after a shopping trip to Carrefour Laval.

Daniel Johnson franchise --> The portion of chicken in the pita keeps going down and down and down and down. Now are are being served chicken scrappings and cooked chicken fat instead of juicy slices of cut chicken + the pita is stuffed with 70% coleslaw... Please start serving decent food again. You should taste and feel the chicken pieces as you bite into your sandwich.
