Super high quality sandwiches! Great quality ingredients that make the entire sandwich a showstopper. Love the theme of the chain and the message they stand for. Service is great and interior is always clean and up to par. The only thing is that everything on the menu is a bit pricey. You pay for quality I guess. Definitely considering these a treat if I were to return. Love the meatball sandwich and pickle on the side.

I was there yesterday and I liked it so much that it wouldn't have happened if I hadn't reviewed it. The woman at the cash register is very friendly and really cares about her job. Although it was my first time going there, I could understand everything very well with the explanations of that woman. Staff, especially the cashier. The food was very good, I really liked it and it was satisfying. The environment is very spacious and clean. I will definitely come back. thanks firehouse subs family :

I like Firehouse subs. Their selection of subs is a lot better than the other sub places. My favourite sub so far is the smokehouse. It's a perfect crafted sub!

First time to this place picking up supper for my family. The service was quick, polite, and engaging. The staff were eager to talk about the product and very respectful of comparisons to the competition. They offer a variety of subs. The fan favorite is the meatball sub and is the best seller. The staff favorite was the Italian sub so I'm gonna try that next. Great experience and amazing staff at this location. Might make this a weekly spot.

I went here for the first time. My hubby and I enjoyed it so much. Everything tasted great and filled both of us up which is rare. The cashier even came to us asking how it was. Everything was simply amazing except the price :$ two medium subs and 1 fountain drink for $40.. that’s a lot.

Firehouse Subs is the best sub place around; the ingredients are very fresh, and there's about an inch of meat on every sub that I've ordered, all nicely done too. The upfront price might be a little higher, but it's absolutely worth it, given the quality and size of these sandwiches. Hopefully, the hot sauces will be back when the pandemic is over.

January 5th, 2021 Staff is always awesome very friendly. They all greet you as soon as you walk in and the food is really DELICIOUS!!!

Order in and pick up was quite easy. Packaging was great and clean, queue wasn’t long around the Vaughan mall. Food tastes great and quantity was more than enough. I will be ordering this same meal again, sooner than later.

Everything about this place screams Firehouse. It is a super unique place on major Mack and Jane. The customer service is super friendly and explained how the menu worked very well. They have a ton of hot sauces that you can choose from and if you are a saucy person this place is definitely for you. Besides a cool atmosphere you are basically getting a gourmet version of subway. I got the Steak and Cheese sub. For starters, one of the things that kind of annoyed me was that the sub was very messy. By about half of the sub, most of the meat was on the paper. I would recommend pulling some of the inside filling of the bread out and then stuffing the meat inside. Also the way the sub was cut was not cut like subway which made the sub break apart very easily. Furthermore the overall Taste of the sub wasn't bad but it wasn't my taste. I will come here again and try something else, I saw some other stuff on the menu that interested me. I will be sure to update this review next time I come in.
