The manager is amazing! I am strongly allergic to onion and garlic and he sorted everything for me nice abs smoothly. He knows exactly what goes into the burger and when I was ordering milkshake, he showed me what a certain kind of biscuit is when I was wondering whether I should order it. I am 120% happy with this experience, my first FIVE GUYS experience! Thank you so much! I will come back again!
Burgers are nice here but my fries were slightly over cooked and salty, I think lots of fries were cooked earlier and they kept serving leftovers to new customers, it’s a shame as I like five guys hopefully my visit will be better next time, Regards
Very friendly staff. Burgers and shakes were excellent, well Five Guys Excellent, as I know there are people who just don't like this type of burger. Price is not cheap but you should know that already before deciding to eat there.

Very small size for some items, and so expensive for a fast food. The layout was confusing,crowded,toilets not very accessible, a bit messy inside. First time there, service was good, but portions are just too small. Won't return unfortunately.Food: 3/5
Great staff really friendly and helpful. Bit stark but clean and comfortable enough. Burgers soft, moist and good - I rarely eat burgers but these felt good. Be led by staff as chip portions very big. For me it's preferable to other burger places.Food: 4/5
Pretty much the same experience I've had at most five guys I've been to, the burger's and fries are really good if a little pricey, the staff are friendly and helpful in a genuine not over the top way, and they play pretty good music, at least in my opinion anywayFood: 5/5
My first Five Guys - and it was very expensive, I'm shocked at the price. You'd rightly expect something awesome for the price, but the burger was just big and somewhat greasy. Restaurant itself was quite messy and absolutely nothing to write home about, entirely bog standard fast food place.
Yesterday I wanted to eat a hot dog and I went to Five guys Richmond. My visit was very pleasant, everything was clean and orderly, they served me very quickly and my dog ​​was delicious, the cashier was super friendly. I felt very happy with them.
The place is small with very little seating but the burgers are good. Great to have this on my doorstep. Truth be told I prefer the burgers and experience at the Kingston branch. Sat upstairs for the first time, was a sunny warm day and it was quite hot at the window tables. The staff kept the place very clean no thanks to some messy customers that sat next to us.
