Besides the parking, it was quick to get in and get a seat. Our server was pleasant and attentive, the food was great and it didn't cost a lot. I was on a business trip and ate here for dinner one night, then when we went out with some of the contractors, they decided they wanted to go here for lunch the next day, so I can report that lunch and dinner are both excellent here.

I happened to visit Socials What I and my friends call it thrice in the last three week. We usually go there for Nachos and Social Red. Excellent place with delicious food and service always. Our last visit was yesterday and was served by Ruhi. She is such an excellent server and was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the menu choices. She was cheerful, funny and would stand to make a small conversation while making sure that you are timely served and you enjoy it ! Had a wonderful time and would like to go back there again. Wonderful joint, great ambiance and friendly staff, worth visiting for a late night snack with friends or dinner with family. One of the best places to dine in Richmond.

I really like browns for a chain I think their food is really great and there’s a good variety. Their service is great and the environment is comfortable I would highly give them a try

Very tasty! The burger was so filled. Fries freshly made. Steak was cook perfectly to my likings.

Exceptional service and wonderful food. Poke bowl was absolutely delicious. Vegetables were fresh and the sauce complimented it well. Fish was nice and tasty with no complaints aside from me wanting more.Food: 4/5

My husband and I went here for the first time and we were very impressed. Amazing experience and customer service by our server Ruhi. She was warm and welcoming and recommended amazing drinks and made sure everything was on point on our table throughout the dining. It was a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

Had a poke bowl that was good, but had a lot of pickled ginger. I mean, like 3 mouthfuls of just ginger. Would have been fine, but there was probably an equal amount of rice, so the ratio was broken by the ginger. I'd say just add twice the amount of rice and it would have been fine.Food: 3/5

Second time I come back to this restaurant. Food is okay but portion isn’t that big.

It was alright, I have been here a lot, some good some bad. This time i tried their blacken chicken with pasta. Chicken was small and pasta was too much. The taste was good though. I would come here having a few drinks with conworkers. The space is small but cozy.

The food was ok and the server was un attentive. I'm vegan and asked about the lettuce wraps being able to be made vegan. She said they were with the tofu but I doubt if the noodles may have had egg in them and the sauce could have had oyster sauce in it. She didn't double check or confirm, may have been one of those people who assume vegan and vegetarian are the same. Once we were done eating, me and my friend were chatting awhile but not once did she check on us after we finished our meal. About an hour after finishing eating we waved down a manager to pay our bill. As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry for 4 years in the past, I really wasn't happy with the service we received. I don't remember her name but she was a short asian girl with long black hair.
