Charleys Cheesesteaks

Consistent with other charleys. Food is good and mall employees get a discount so you can’t really beat that. Overall the mall has went downhill but the food court has stayed great imo.

It's convenient for being in the mall, the staff are ok. But not a favorite of mine.

Our favorite Charleys is the one on the Myskegon mall. The sandwiches are always good and fresh and so are the fries. Everything is made fresh when you order. A nice selection too. Also the owner is very nice and friendly and so are her employees. Would definately recommend this place.

Charleys Philly Steaks at the Lakes Mall is a great place to eat! The service is always friendly and the food is wonderful. My children usually order the chicken tenders and fries, which comes with oreo cookies, and I usually get a turkey and cheddar. They have several other menu items as well. The only downfall is that because they make it so fast, we have to wait a few minutes for the chicken to cool. : But that's okay with us!

Food was very tasty, fries were perfect. Had the pepperoni philly cheesesteak medium sandwich, regular fries and a small diet coke. Too much for lunch. Staff was very freindly AND courteous and was served quickly. Was a little high priced,$11.49 for what I ordered but very good food/service.

Usually we have high ratings for all of Charley's locations, while they still had good food. The attitude of the staff was very bad when attempting to resolve a misunderstanding. The guy rolled his eyes and shoulders several times since now they had prepared too much food. We felt like the guy was going to come across the bar at us and felt threatened. It is a misunderstanding, just make the adjustments and continue on. It is not worth the attitude. We left and ate at the place next door instead.

I absolutely love there food. I get it every time I come to the mall. Fries and subs are always great! Keep up the good work!

Excellent..prepared while you wait, also "steak fries", onions and peppers perfect! Good service, too Chicken versions to hold down cals.

Won’t eat here again until my purchased food is prepared by someone who knows Michigan law, you touch prepared food with gloves! Not your slimy hands that touched cash!!

Worst Charleys i have ever been to. The employees are rude and disrespectful. I was with 4 people and 3 of the orders were wrong. These employees must be on drugs.
