What I love with this gym is you don't need to figure it out on your own. Workout is fun. The heartbeat tracker is interesting. The color scheme pushes me to workout harder than just doing the bare minimum. And it's great that they keep changing the workout so your progress don't get stuck. Coach Naquiyah is attentive. The participants' limit per group is good because the coach can check on each one of us if we are doing it right. Unfortunately I can't afford it for now. I am glad that Milly did not guilt trip me for not signing up for membership because I had experience before with the other gym that told me that I am not gonna progress if I don't sign up for personal training. Overall, I am happy that I found this gym. I feel like I was missing out all this time. I would definitely comeback when I am financially ready.
Personally I love this location. I was able to achieve new goals and it helped improve myself. All the staff and trainers are always friendly and in a good mood. I had a chance to meet the studio manager Ameer, he is very passionate about helping others into getting into a healthy shape and lifestyle. His story will inspire you to get in shape. This is a great place to be at If you are someone who is looking to better themselves.
This is a fantastic studio that has allowed me to improve my physical, mental, and emotional health. I have made amazing connections with like-minded individuals who are also focusing on improving their health and we encourage/challenge each other to do our best within the hour. The Coaches are amazing and so are the music and overall vibe in the studio. Aamir, the studio Manager along with his other associates are very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this workout studio to anyone!
I joined OTF creekside crossing in 2019 and I forgot to write a review about this location. OTF workouts are amazing. I’ve been very active all my life, been a long-standing member at Ballys now GoodLife, I have my Pelotons at home and even have a yoga membership. I love to train! OTF Creekside workouts have always been beyond amazing, and if you are looking for a challenge and have never tried an orange 60 class, this class is for you. I always enjoyed HELL WEEK -but found it too easy. It wasn’t hell. 2019 was better than now. You sweat a lot. The heart rate orange theory is brilliant. Back then my favourite coaches were Charles, Melissa, Charlie, Kevin, and Denzel. After covid it wasn’t the same anymore. I didn’t see my favourite coaches, plus it’s very hard to maintain going to OTF when I have other memberships, my experiences have always been great thanks to the amazing coaches. The only negative thing I remembered was that there was one member who would wear SO MUCH cologne I would get headaches whenever we would pass each other, and when I took a deep breath. I did complain several times in the comment box but That’s about it. I do recommend orange theory to others that haven’t tried it but my budget isn’t resonating with it at the moment. It’s also out of my way. I still think this studio is awesome.
They are good and motivating. But if I cancel the class they charge 16 dollars, but if they cancel the class and I ask to compensate for next absence they won’t agree. As per them we pay if they cancel, they won’t payback if they cancel because of their mistake. Just this incidence of arguing with one desk person made me not to trust them. For business trust is everything.
Absolutely love orange theory fitness! This location is so welcoming and creates such a warm and positive environment. Milly was absolutely delightful. She was very professional and helped eased my anxiety about working out in a group. She is the reason why I started coming to orange theory and continues to provide excellent service and a beautiful welcoming smile!
Not a good first experience. I reached Mississauga OTF for the demo class. Apparently, we need to be 30 mins early for the assessment which i couldn't make it . Fair enough! Requested for another time. My booking was confirmed. The next day i get a call asking again to reschedule as the slot is double booked. I was like, oh really! Why didn't you say while doing the booking and confirming? Well, I changed my plans around this time. Either their system sucks or they have preferred some one else. For any reason, I'm not going back to OT again. Bye-bye! If you don't respect customer's time, they can get 1 hour workout anywhere.
I have been a member of this location since October 2021 and I have slowly become an addict to this gym lol Special mention to the amazing front staff Milly, Melissa, Matthieu and supportive coaches who guide and push you through the workout. PS : the 90 minute workout on Saturday is the best!
I am a member from almost 2+ years and OTF is having the best environment to achieve your goals. You need to push just to show up and thats all, you are going to enjoy the 1 hour of workout and all the coaches are motivating and friendly. I love this place but location wise there is a parking problem and it is not managed properly. I had very bad experience at this location because of the front desk staff. They are not ready to take the feedback and at times very rude. After lockdown they have just become more money driven and gives zero value to client relationship. I have seen the difference in service for this location and will recommend to try other locations as well.
Couldn’t be happier with this place. Staff is far and above what I’ve ever experienced from any gym. Very warm and welcoming, workouts work man, you will not leave disappointed. Intense and challenging but attainable. I’m sold.
