My first time participating in a Fitness By Sarah Taylor challenge and I am in love! I’ve joined many other gyms, virtual platforms and coaching groups... but this is my favorite one yet. The focus is on my body - no talk about diets, calorie counts, etc. The workouts are amazing and SO many moderations depending on your body type, and what injuries you may have. I workout on all my days off and I’m ALWAYS looking forward to seeing the ladies!
If you're looking for a safe space to work up a sweat without feeling judged, Fitness by Sarah Taylor is the place! Classes are welcoming and are catered to every fitness level. Regardless if you're starting out and need some modifications, or if you're looking for a challenge, Sarah and the team are there for you. Because class sizes are smaller, you feel supported every step of the way. Sarah has really built a wonderful community where women feel empowered to love their figures, regardless of shape, size or fitness level. I've tried many gyms and never found one like this. I no longer dread going to the gym, but actually look forward to it! Thanks Sarah for creating this unique place!
More than a gym, Fitness by Sarah Taylor is a loving community of women who support each other on their journey to self love. Going to a class here feels less like working out and more like having fun and feeling good with your best girlfriends. There is a strict no diet talk policy and you will work out with women of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. The trainers provides modifications to exercises so you do what feels good for your body and you are encouraged to listen to your body's needs, which can also mean taking longer breaks. I can't recommend this gym enough, I've really learned to love to move my body and feel confident in my skin. Thank you Sarah Taylor for the hard work you have put into creating this amazing space and community!
Fitness by Sarah Taylor is the first gym where I have felt truly comfortable and supported no matter how I am feeling. All of the trainers at Fitness by Sarah Taylor are able and willing to provide modifications for all of the exercises regardless of your fitness level or if you have an injury. This is a true community that has been an incredible support of me in my journey to self-love, body acceptance and a higher level of confidence and happiness! I am incredibly grateful to have found Fitness by Sarah Taylor. Sticking to a gym routine has always been tough in the past, but now I find myself looking forward to my next workout. There are a variety of classes throughout the week and Sarah does an amazing job of teaching proper form and modifying exercises for different fitness levels. She also puts a strong focus on self love and confidence rather than weight loss like most gyms, which is super refreshing. Not only am I getting stronger physically, but also mentally and emotionally. This place is so much more than just a gym!
I was looking for a gym that wasn't hyper-focused on weightloss and body shaming. This gym is unlike any I've ever attended before. The workouts are fun and challenging, and there are modifications for everything. The best part is there is 0 judgement. I feel comfortable working out with video on not required though! because this community is so supportive and accepting. If you're looking for a way to move your body, feel stronger, and meet other women who believe in you and support you no matter your size, this is it. :
