This gym is the real deal. Gary (the owner) is the best person for helping you with your fitness goals. He knows a ton and is always helping people with any sort of skill level. If you're deciding between this or some chain gym like goodlife, you should go here. I learned more in 6 months at Gary's gym than I did of 5 years of working out at other gyms.
