Absolute top-notch service from General Ege Senay and his crew. My boysbasketball team and I were in town for a basketball tournament and weren't sure whether we were staying one night or two. Not only did Ege accommodate my request for a flexible reservation, he even held the rooms for me for free until I had checked in, no questions asked. On top of that, his staff went out of their way to have breakfast ready for my team and I at 6:30 am in the morning. Thanks, Ege and crew!

We were on our way to Kelowna and decided to spend the night here. We were not disappointed. Our room on the second floor was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was more than we expected. From waffles to sausages to eggs. Coffee, Juice, cereal, toast, etc. We felt safe in our room and the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great hotel. Lucked out with the room we got. Did get it thru Expedia but I highly recommend just calling the hotel to book instead. Service was great and the continental breakfast was yummy. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was dirty. Smelt bad. Walls were paper thin. Some kids decided to have a party there. We decided to leave around 11pm and go somewhere else. Staff said they would refund both nights that we booked but they only refunded one night.

I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the front desk associate during my recent stay. Her dedication to ensuring a superior experience was evident as she facilitated an early check-in without any additional fees. The hotel offers a delightful breakfast that caters to both adults and children alike, adding to the overall positive experience. Her understanding of my needs and willingness to assist with a smile were truly appreciated. I am confident in booking this hotel in the future, knowing I will receive consistent, high-quality service each year. Thank you, SureStay Castlegar, for an outstanding stay.
