My room was clean and bright and had everything I needed. It was fully booked when I checked in but they were very kind to enable me to check in early. When my flight was cancelled they allowed me to check out late. When my taxi was late, the hotel manager offered to drive me to the airport in Trail - a 30 minute drive away - and refused to take my tip! The service was fabulous, the room clean and comfy and it's located near restaurants and other amenities. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee/tea was ready in the lobby all day. Thank you to everyone at the Castlegar SureStay!
I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my time there. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. After the recent renovation, the place looks even better. And I have to say, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I'd definitely come back.nSpecial thanks to the General Manager Mr. Ege Senay for his kindness and hospitality. It truly made a difference!
Pretty good room and was decently clean. I also love that it’s right next to a restaurant and they even include the menus for the restaurant inside the rooms. They also have a free breakfast which is pretty decent. I did get bitten by a brown recluse spider while I was sleeping and had to go to the hospital. Decent hotel and convenient but please clean the rooms more thoroughly.
Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean. And an unbeatable price. Highly recommend. Would come back most definitely
The staff were helpful as well being friendly.nClean quiet rooms spacious, great location. I am very happy we stayed here.
