We stayed at the SureStay in Castlegar during our family vacation. All the staff was very friendly, and I'm not sure who the lady was that was working the breakfast, but she was amazing! She made sure everything was topped up and was very pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was also very good! We've stayed at many hotels where meals are just something the hotel does, but you could tell they put extra care into making sure their options were quality here, and it's really appreciated when you're on the road and might not always have good options at every stop. Thank you!
Had a great stay at the SureStay by Best Western in Castlegar. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made a real difference after a long day of travel.nnSpecial thanks to Saudia Stephenson at the front desk — her professionalism and customer care stood out. She went the extra mile to help reserve a taxi for us, which took a lot of stress out of getting around. The hotel was also very accommodating with luggage storage, and having an in-house washing machine was a huge convenience.nnOverall a well-run property with a staff member who clearly cares about guest experience. Would recommend to anyone passing through Castlegar.
Wonderful service and genuine hospitality! I accidentally left behind a watch that has great sentimental value to me, and the team went above and beyond to help return it. A special thank you to Ege Senay for all his help, kindness, and professionalism. I truly appreciate everything you did. Highly recommend!
Absolute top-notch service from General Ege Senay and his crew. My boysbasketball team and I were in town for a basketball tournament and weren't sure whether we were staying one night or two. Not only did Ege accommodate my request for a flexible reservation, he even held the rooms for me for free until I had checked in, no questions asked. On top of that, his staff went out of their way to have breakfast ready for my team and I at 6:30 am in the morning. Thanks, Ege and crew!
We were visiting Castlegar for 4 days. I decided to book this hotel with my wife and our dog. I found the hotel to be a basic as it could be. The beds were good, but the service there was not that good. The breakfast was the same every day with no variety.
