Have bugs in the shower. Hair still on the wall and tub not to mention how stained the shower curtain looks. Also bath towels where only hand towels. normal size towels would be nice. Not a place I will come again
I'm disappointed with my stay last night. While the room was clean and the check-in staff friendly, the fridge was so cold it froze and ruined about $40 worth of produce I had stored.nnWhen I spoke to the person covering the front desk, they told me I should have changed the fridge setting. This wasn't helpful and felt like I was being blamed. Why isn't housekeeping doing this when they turn over the rooms?nnI checked in after an 11-hour travel day, and wouldn't have thought to have to check appliance settings before using a fridge. I was exhausted and simply needed to get my stuff away and go to bed.nnIt's also not great that no manager is available during normal checkout hours in case there's a problem the front desk can't address.
The service was the drawback. Signs to access the lobby is confusing. They seem to be attempting to make the process as self-serving as possible but it's not very effective or user-friendly. I prefer a warmer and personal approach.nThe price was good for the overall value.
We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay after a long drive, simply looking for a clean place to rest before continuing our trip. What we walked into was completely unacceptable.nnUpon entering the room, we were hit with a musty, foul smell and a wave of heat and humidity—turns out the AC had been shut off. The carpet was soaking wet, and we quickly discovered the mini fridge had been left open, causing the freezer to ice over and leak all over the floor.nnIt didn’t stop there. In the bathroom, there was a spider in the sink, hair all over the counters, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty. We tried to air the room out by opening the balcony door—only to find the balcony covered in spider webs. Then after washing our hands in the bathroom sink we discovered the sink was clogged. The entire room felt neglected and unsanitary.nnWe notified the front desk, and a staff member named AJ came to inspect the room. He stepped on the soaked carpet, acknowledged how filthy the room was, and confirmed this was far below acceptable standards. We appreciated his honesty and were advised to return to the front desk in the morning to sort it out.nnHowever, when we did, we were passed between the front desk and the third-party booking agency, with neither taking responsibility. In the end, we paid the full amount for a room that clearly shouldn’t have been rented out in the first place.nnI don’t expect luxury—just cleanliness and basic hospitality. This hotel failed on both. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
Didn't stay here but the food in the restaurant was good and a good value!
