Great food at an awesome price! Their pizza's are LOADED with toppings as well as their subs. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will be back for sure.
My husband and I love to order out from here. The food is always delicious. I gave three stars because the last two times we ordered our service was awful from one specific worker. Last order they were very busy and we were told it'd be "over and hour" not a problem, I get being busy. Unsure how long exactly "over an hour" was we got to the store 5 minutes after an hour. Our food was done but had been done for at least 15 minutes, if not longer. It was not hot at all and the lady that checked me out was very rude. We ordered again tonight and was told 30 minutes. I got there and paid at the 30 minute mark, same girl checked me out. She was on her phone the entire time and I noticed numerous eye rolls when customers came in or the phone rang. I was not alerted to how much longer my food would be. I wanted 20 minutes past the time given before I got my food and watched 3 others get their food who came in after. I noticed the lady whom was rude put an order on the back table then left to do a delivery. 5-8 minutes later someone checked that order and it was mine. Very disappointed in the service lately from her. I understand being busy and short staffed but good communication goes a long way.
Don't go here. Unless you want delicious bar food and pizza with great drinks. Seriously though this place gets crowded enough at peak times. Just go to the big chain places by the mall
Just picked up a pizza at the apple Ave location. I have never eaten here and I gotta say it was the BEST pizza I've ever had. I'm a big fan and will be back
We often get lunch from here for the shop crew. Very good pizza and subs, very polite staff and always on time!Food: 5/5
My husband and I are new to town and saw that the reviews were great and thought we'd stop in and check it out. We'll, we didn't get any service. Barely got a hello from the bartender who proceeded to make all the regulars,who already had drinks, fresh drinks, before even thinking about us. We decided not to wait. Not a great way to get new business. Disappointed because the menu looked good. Guess we will try Mr. SCRIBS Update. We tried Mr. Scribs. Fast. Friendly and delicious. We will spend our money there going forward.
Why has no one every told me of this place? Why have I just driven by Topshelf for the last 40 years? I don't know but I am telling everyone now. THE BEST pizza I have had. And yes it is better than Mr. Scribs.
Customer service was horrible.. I was racially profiled and the last to be attended to the whole time, I sat at the bar when asked for a waitress I was asked “WHAT” I’ve had a stressful week and dined in alone this experience only made my depression worse! My server initials were MLM. I Will never be back, I typically order out. But this was so heartbreaking I can no longer support! God bless you all. Have some compassion and do better. Lost a life long customer.
Food was pretty good however the SERVICE was slow. The staff was few and far between. Perhaps the aftermath of no one wants to work. However two people on a Saturday night staffing the place is not going to make it.
This place looks like a hole in the wall, but the pizza is fantastic. Small space, half bar, but very friendly. It's a little hard to find since you have to go in by what looks like the back door, but it's worth theveffort.
