Worse professional i have met so far. Not bonded, not insured. Got him for a water leak location and fixing. Not enough that i had to bring my own tools, spend my time to help him, but by the time i got there he opened the walls he didn`t have to. On the last opening, broke electrical cable i had to get electrician to fix. Also the "Fix" done, went over half width of drywall and required lots of work to cover by carving a custom piece of drywall. The entire cost of repair for damage done by this "professional" was over 420CAD not including his fee (300CAD) When approached for recovery of electrician fee only (~100CAD), not extra drywall covering and painting costs, said, and i quote: "I cannot take responsibility for wires running in the walls cutting drywall. I have no idea what is behind the drywall" Good luck and GOD have mercy on the soul of anyone who attempt to use this "professional" P.S. Not even his website is working correctly, contact us link is using deprecated extensions on MySQL.
