Me and my Father walked in on 10-05-22, at 8:40 pm and we were seated. Our waitress Christa or Clarissa, originally from Kelowna sorry, can’t remember exactly but she was great. The food and service was very good! At one point we realized we were the only ones in the restaurant around 9:30pm. Come to find out, the restaurant closed at 8:00pm and we had no idea. Our waitress was super friendly and did not rush us at all. As a waitress, she went above and beyond, and I think she was the only employee left in the restaurant. We were visiting from Hawaii and this small experience really stuck with us. It’s employees like this that really keeps a business thriving. Before leaving, we tipped almost 50% of our bill and it was well deserved. If Management could reach out to this employee, please send her our Aloha. I feel bad for forgetting her name, but it was a very long day for us. My Ohana will be visiting again in November, and this restaurant is number 1 on our list to return too.
We were pleasantly surprised as we are not from these parts Florida at the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere. We were greated and seated quickly and Vijay took our order and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I had the Ribeye dip sandwich and my wife had the Chicken Quesadilla. Both were delicious and we did not leave any for to-go boxes.
The food was amazing. Our waitress Jessica was so so friendly and attentative. My steak was a perfect medium rate. Service was fast. Seating was quick. I would have proffered a Whiskey ball or a king cube in my Old Fashioned. But I was happy non the less. Our kids were treated with respect and care. That is huge to me Thank you so much!
Food, staff, service were all above and beyond. They weren't pushy or rushy to get us fed and out the door. Food was cooked perfect to the way we ordered service was outstanding servers really earned there tips and made us feel at home. Dietary restrictions: Dietary options available
Server informed me of a party in progress and food service may be delayed by 20 mins or so and inquired if I’d be ok with that. I noticed no delays and my steak was cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and efficient. Kudos to the kitchen and waitstaff. I will eat here again.
Great meal, great staff! Very professional, They also practice physical social distancing inside the restaurant in this time of pandemic. I also noticed that they leave the table and chairs for 10 mins sprayed with sanitizer before completely cleaning it and let the customers used it. That is awesome and more feel safe!
The most okay burger I've eaten and small. A $20 burger should be amazing. Or atleast large. Some of the chips it came with were still soft and undercooked. Server was quiet and hard to here. Going to have to eat somewhere else to feel full cuase I'm not buying anything else dissapointing at this price. I was a professional cook for years so I always tip. This is the first time I have ever no tipped a restaurant. The tip money is going to cover a meal for me to be full.
This was the second time we visited Mr. Mike's. The first time, in 2020, our food was great. However, it was overshadowed by no attention from our server and having to wait an hour for our bill. We let it go as a busy night... This time, we booked a reservation for 6:00pm with our daughter's ringette team during a weekend tournament. It was booked weeks in advance, with all of our orders. When our team + families arrived at 5:50, we found our reservation had been given away to another team and their families. We waited half an hour before the server asked for drink orders We all ended up waiting until 7:00pm before a couple parents started approaching management. The manager's response was we were supposed to arrive at 5:45, we were ALL late, and it was our problem. We're from out of town, and expecting a bunch of 10-15 year olds who had just finished play over an hour of ringette, to wait in excess of 1½hours for their meals is unreasonable, especially considering we had planned our visit well in advance.
This is probably the most modernized and sophisticated bar in town. The atmosphere is excellent, and the service is most definitely on the higher end of the spectrum. The intervals of time between ordering and receiving our drinks & food were just about right, however I did find my salt and pepper wings to be over cooked; I was quite surprised and a little disappointed. Their burgers and steaks are simply amazing, and I would recommend coming here if your looking to enjoy some great food! My one complaint is that their seating is not very comfortable, but this is offset by an excellent lounge ambiance.
Furious right now. I'm a truck driver and I was shooting to be here for 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday. They're advertised time of closing is 10 p.m. I drove straight through Edson because I knew I would make it to this location before their advertised closing hours. As a truck driver, I have very limited parking options for restaurants, but I knew I could park here, and I knew the food was okay. I showed up at 9:38 p.m., and they were already completely closed and all staff gone. I am driving West; there is nowhere else for a trucker to get food! Had this location not plainly stated that they were open until 10pm, I would have made other arrangements. This is despicable.
