I’m actually a little disappointed! I was really looking forward to trying this so I ordered with a few others via Skip the Dishes. However, my order was wrong-noodles when I didn’t order any, guac when I didn’t order any, no crunchy chips, chicken instead of pork, honestly I think they gave me the wrong order but the receipt with my order details was in the bag, and so were the other meals that were made just fine. I probably wouldn’t recommend-it was cold, mushy & not a ton of flavour.

Tried the tofu bowl and it was DELICIOUS!!! I love FAT BASTARD Employees are sweet, friendly and kind. I must say they need a raise for maintaining the place well and clean. Vegetarian options: Best place for vegetarians.

Went into the Barrie Location on January 8 2023 at approximately 4:30. Purchased 2 burritos before looking at the selection of toppings. Upon looking at the toppings, the quality was very questionable, everything was wilted, discolored and rotten looking. I asked for a refund instead of getting the food. The staff in this location became very upset that I asked for a refund. They then began to argue about the quality of the produce before calling their manager, where the staff member began swearing in their native language Hindi and then reluctantly gave me my money back. A customer should never have to question the quality of the food they purchase. I will never be returning to this location. I suggest going over the training protocols and sanitation procedures

Small little location with massive flavour and excellent service. Ordered a baked chicken burrito and was made to perfection. The girl who made the burrito was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Will recommend to anyone in the area! Organic tofu! Must have if you are vegetarian and looking for something other than just bean and cheese. They do have a lil sitting area, offer good quantity and quality of burritos. This is a great place to have burritos!! I ordered a takeaway and the burritos were awesome in taste. We ordered quesadilla as well - that was good too. Portions was good in size and $ was reasonable. The staff was really good and prepared the food with care. The place was nice and clean and you may sit and eat by following covid measures. I recommend this place to have burritos. Give it a try you will love this. Best place for taco and burritos !! Very good customer service ever found. Good quantity for dollar value. I would definitely recommend this place just visit once !!!!!!

Came here from the Scarborough just to taste their lovely food. Prepared with lots of love and severed with a big smile. Loaded waffles fries here was so great. You should guys have it. Zeel was so kindly and helpful throughout my lunch.Food: 5/5

Devastated, this was one of my favorite places to eat. Clearly selling to Mary Browns has killed the flavor. The noodles was one of my favorite parts in my burrito and they are now over cooked soggy spaghetti noodles. The menu is completely different as well.

Last week, I ordered two burritos from this location - one chicken and one veggie with no rice. When I was at the location, the burrito was assembled properly and taken to the grill - but I noticed that the person making my burrito wasn’t sure which burrito was mine when they were wrapping it up. I assumed they figured it out since they packed everything up and so I took my order home. When we opened our burritos at home we found that the “veggie” burrito contained chicken with a ton of undercooked rice - so we were clearly given the wrong burrito. I called the location up to ask for a refund and they said the best they could do was to make a new burrito the next day for free which I didn’t love. Honestly, for stricter vegetarians who can’t eat meat, this would have been an enormously critical error and I felt the location handled my concern flippantly. Super disappointed with this location as my family and I used to love this franchise in the GTA locations. TL;DR: given the wrong burrito, rice very undercooked, wouldn’t process a refund for the wrong burrito.

The food is decent, they load the burritos with fillings if you order everything. Downside is that there usually is a bit of a wait, even if they're not busy. I tried ordering thru the Ritual app twice now, ended up waiting another 15-20 mins at the restaurant ontop of the 'ready' time because the staff either forgot to make the food after acknowledging the order, or waited until they finished everyone else's orders before checking their phone. Don't come to this location if you're short on time.

went with a friend last evening. no chairs were out, music was off, and the only employee was on a phone call behind the till. she made eye contact with us as we entered, i said hello, and she promptly left the restaurant leaving us alone inside completely unattended. honestly just an overall weird experience, we waited alone for a couple of minutes before leaving and going somewhere else. if she was experiencing an emergency, or had a concerned family member on the phone, i patiently would have waited or just departed but not write this review. but she just looked at us and left. bizarre occurrence

I ordered two burritos and literally there was no customer except me but they made burritos in 25 minutes. Seriously..!!! they were busy in chit chat with each other..cracking jokes instead of doing work. Worst experience. should improve there customer service. i wouldn’t give then even one star.!!!!!!!
