Brought my daughter here and said to the Manager there place was not clean. He sent someone out right away to clean which is great but all she did was wipe up 2 tables and invited the bathroom and the very nasty floor. so had already picked up all the toilet paper in the washroom and off the restaurant floor. I get it’s taco bell but if it isn’t clean then how do they treat their food
Took advantage of the free crunch wrap coupon for downloading the new app. I understand this is new however this location has been using other third party online ordering apps for years. So I do not understand why my good was not ready when I arrived. Further more the staff did not even seem to be aware an order had been placed. I was not offered an appology for this and when confronted the manager tried to give me no fewer then six different excuses for this issue none of which made sense with the problem. I had to correct her at what the issue was after each one. I feel I wouldn't have had to of she had listened to my problem fully before intrupting me to give a wrong explanation. Especially when all I wanted to hear was I am sorry this is a new program will follow up more throughally with my team. If I was in taco bells shoes I would be looking for someone a bit more mature for their management rolls. Edit: just arrived home to see our trainwrecks of fries supremes. Adding side by side photo one is with extra cheese and sour cream one is normal. Both seem lacking to me and why is the toppings only on one side?
Ordered through drive through.. , upon reaching drive through window.. the associate there didn't have any appropriate approach and seemed like almost tired and didn't even bother to bring the card payment option close by the car ..I actually had to go far out of my window. as well as no welcoming or thank you anything. Instead even when I said thank you after getting my order she didn't even respond. Like not appropriate unhappy way . Didn't expect that from taco bell..
Food is not like the picture they promote, ordered a quesalupa box ,very small tacos, good flavor on the regular hard taco and soft taco. Quesalupa not that good at all, very dry and just small portion inside. Also seems they are saving on the taco sauces , had to ask to give me some, they didn't even offered
This is the worse place. Food get worse since last year. I am not sure what happened but they don't know how to prepare the food anymore. This is ridiculous. My quesadilla had almost no filling, just taco. Same with Burrito or Crunch supreme .... no worthy to pay.
Came in to this location the other night about 10 minutes to closing. They were cleaning up & getting ready to close the store but still were able to serve me right away & without any rude comments about me coming in last minute lol.. I've had too many bad experiences with employees at fast food places trying to refuse service & close early but that wasn't the case with this place! The food was also on par for taco bell, no complaints from me!
Waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Watched 3 cars a head of me leave. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. This results in wasted food. Stupid. Get better people.
Their app WILL double charge you. Taco Bell will NOT refund you. You will spend a month dealing with customer service only for them to say they can't find your order anymore. Will not return to any Taco Bell
This place should be shut down. A month ago we ordered from them and the sour cream was rotten. Gave them another chance and our tacos looked like this. Soggy, old and missing sour cream and sauce. Not even edible. DISGUSTING
Drove 20 minutes to go to taco bell on monday january 23rd and arrived in the drive thru at 9:49, the lights on the drive thru and store were all on and said open and they said they were closed and wouldn’t serve us even though they were still in hours of operation.
