I have been going to this place often since I work at the mall. The owner is very nice and friendly due to which I did not elevate this matter but their employees seriously need to have a reality check. Clearing out, no complaints with their food or taste, but the problem lies with the attitude of their rude employees especially KARAN. You are looked or I would say scanned from head to toe by this guy who took my order-Karan and they passed on a weird, creepy and cheap smile.  This is below the standards of even being an employee of the workplace. If the owner, would have been there, I would have definitely talk to him but he wasn’t. Last but not least, this has happened 3* in a row now. Shame on their employees who are a disgrace to the owner.  P.S.- 3 stars depicit Good owner, food and taste!

CAA members are entitled to 10% off NYF.  Every time I try showing my CAA card the owner would tell me he "doesn't know if my card has expired, and that he isn't a CAA member but still has the same card" That is accusing me of scamming him over 50 cents discount. Well, if you own the franchise you are obligated to honor the discount.  Don't try to shame your customers.

Grabbed a quick take out meal tonite: service was quick and most of all the guys are welcoming with a smile!!!

What a scummy place they decided to charge us still for an order they didn't feel like making because they didn't want to make fries even though they're still open and didn't want to loose money cancelling our order. I shouldn't be charged for cancelling an order they refused to make on Uber

Not the cheapest food you'll find but it's enough to make you full. A large poutine was around CA$10.

Thank you for the "HOT" Hot Dogs. I said would would return the 2 we bought the Combo for 2 at a very reasonable price and they were just as you promised.  Owners have owed this location and where at Cumberland Beach for a combined 27+ years.  Again ... Thank You,=

Food was okay but the guy was rude for 1 napkins he was so weird and just staring at us for no reason Don't know what's his problem. Staff was impolite.

I would zero stars. I just ordered fries and if I wasn't on the hwy I would of taken it back and asked for my money back. The fries was rock hard!! As if the fries had put in fryer 10 times.Disgusting.

The portions here are big enough that if you put them on the side of your car it tips over and a very good price and good service they should have a tip jar so we can leave tips. Not to mention very reasonably priced
