We receive great, friendly service from the North Van branch on a weekly basis. We have a Fastenal unit in our warehouse at Garage Guru, and Tony or Eli come once a week to check stock levels and top up the bins that are low on stock. They have always responded well to requests and changes, and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Thanks for a great service guys!
I've been to the store a few times when in a pinch at work and order from them regularly. They have always been very helpful and friendly, by the second time I came in they greeted me by name. With a wide selection of fasteners on the shelf at all times they are my go to when I need something right away
This place has been great as far as service and products for my business. Very helpful and friendly staff that make sure you get what you want! As for the girl that was mentioned in one of the comments below with bad service: she has been long gone!!!
NEVER OPEN ON TIME! Poorly run/waste of time. If you plan on stopping by to pick up an order at 7:30 you might as well show up at 9:00 wishing them nothing but a 0star
