Great store in Maple Ridge. Had most of the hardware needed to build this bench
Big fan of Doug but that's about it. You lose an hour waiting for the union yard to get you out of there. I just finished phoning there 6 times to get current prices on a couple rough cedar products. Poor girl on the phone! No one at sales took my call. She then tried to get me "someone else" and that led to voice mail. I only go here if absolutely necessary. Standard is so much better.
This place gets 4 juumon points. Everyone is extremely respectful and well trained in there work. They answered all the questions I had and pointed me in the right direction, really helpful Thanks everyone!! Have a good one !!!
Little expensive but good quality. People there were very helpful and even at the end of the day enthusiastically answered my questions.
This place has better prices than the other stores. Good hardware and selection of tools. Chill Staff and good layout for the drive through lumber yard.
Less expensive than Home Depot and better customer service. I would much rather buy at a smaller store that has a better range of things than Home Depot. Buy at smaller stores before bigger ones! Your community will look way better otherwise they'll just put another big store close by until there is a warehouse in all our neighborhoods...
Great assistance at sales desk. Everyone is ready to help. Doug is unbelievably knowledgeable & helpful. Every time I've required help on a job Doug has been patient, kind & empathetic. I really appreciate the guy and especially everyone whom I forgot to mention. Love you guys!!!
Awful experience with delivery’s. They are Rude and disrespectful. Good people in store but Bad customer service by phone.
Lots of stock. Prices are fair. Staff is helpful.
Inside is clean, organized and staff are helpful. But the yard is honestly a shitshow. It looks like no one ever cleans it. It's gross, messy and completely disorganized. Go get lumber supplies somewhere else, not worth your time or vehicle tires
