They really help you here. They walk to the spot where product is that you are looking for. And add suggestions and alternatives.

This place is awesome. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked in, a gentleman from across the store asked me what I was looking for and immediately directed me to the correct aisle which I don't see very often in hardware stores. The gentleman at the register was also great. I'll surely be back to this Home Hardware.

This Hardware store is quite simply amazing. Their curbside pickup is so smooth and classy. Fabulous staff too..cheerful and helpful too. No wonder they're steadily busy. You can pay at the curb as well. Great place.

Great little store! Surprisingly large assortment of "stuff" for getting things done around the house. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that bend over backwards for you. I am a frequent customer and like that I can pick stuff up locally without an extended trip to the big box store. It is nice to be served by people that actually seem to appreciate I am a customer, and not just because their corporate slogan says so!

Small store so therefore not the variety avaliable but still has the basics. A little crowded for lining up for the cash register during C-19. However the older gentleman that was the cashier was the nicest I have meet in awhile.

The reason I love shopping locally is that ppl are friendlier and eager to help. Not only the workers, sometimes the buyers will help as well : The H&H is such a place, and I couldn't be happier it's finally open again!

From essential hardware supplies, also a great place to find that special gift you've been looking for. Cherry helpful staff.

Frustrating, ordered a bbq but they got the wrong one, blamed me for product number error. Reordered and new flier included cover, this was news to the owner as he doesn't stock based on promotion so he is doesn't read them. Phone is not answered 3 days so I couldn't find out if bbq came in. Tried helping small business cost me 2 weeks. Went to Lowes.

We have been going to this store for more years than I can remember. Rarely do we have to venture to a big box store for our hardware needs. We were so relieved they were able to find a new location in Aldershot and not just close shop. The selection is fantastic given the size of the store!
