Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

Room was nice. Hot tub temperature varies. Pool is very small (only for children really). Breakfast is tasty but not free (excellent smoothies). Reception staff was friendly and accommodating.

I have attended two events here in the past month, and took a tour of the facility on a separate occasion. The sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry. The facility is perfect for the Sarpy County area, particularly for small to medium size events. It offers a beautiful space without it feeling like an overwhelming and impersonal ballroom. The food was delicious, and waitstaff was well organized and friendly.

The conference room we used at the courtyard was very nice. We watched a few bands play at a gaming tournament and it was quite a good time. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs well. There was a lot of space so it never felt too crowded. The area was also very well kept. I would definitely go to an event there again.

Staff could of been a little more pleasant, no one was smiling. Room was very nice but at some points I felt a little claustrophobic due to the square footage of the room and oversize furniture. Bathroom though was very spacious and had a glass, walk-in shower. Checkout was a little untimely. Spent 5-7 minutes waiting for someone arrive at the desk. But I would stay here again if I were to visit Omaha in the near future.

Nice looking hotel, rooms were nice. I stayed here 2 nights, on my first night I was the first room outside of elevator and I didn't realize at night but the elevator noise was very audible from my room. Woke up several times in the morning as other guest were using it. The next morning I switched rooms without any issues.
